Noisykid Kitchen - Savory Chili

4 Stalks celery with leaves, shopped
3 Green onions, shopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Larger onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Pounds ground beef
1 15-ounce can tomato paste
1 6-ounce can tomato paste
2 Cups water
1 1½-ounce can chili powder
1 Teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 16-ounce can kidney beans, undrained

1. Sautee celery, green onions, garlic, onion and pepper in a large Dutch oven until tender.
2. Add ground beef, brown meat and drain well
3. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, chili powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or to desired consistency
6. Add beans in the last 15 minutes
7. Serve with lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, dice onion, and tortilla chips
