Today we are celebrating Benedict's birthday; it is next week, but there are other things going on that day. Ben wanted ribs, so I have been cooking them 'low and slow' on the grill.

There is a conspiracy in the Airsoft industry. They are determined to get an airsoft gun in the hands of every red-blooded American. This one was less than $20. It shoots well, too.
Speaking of guns, I can't get this song out of my head:
I like guns, and I love Carolyn and my children.
Somehow those two things are inter-related.
I hope to shoot an AK-47 someday.

my uncle owns an AK47.....he bought it before buying one became illegal....he used to live in the country with a large levee. ANYONE AND EVERYONE who set foot in his house was sooner or later coerced into going out back and shooting at the levee...whether they wanted to or not.
