- I used to have a section here where I listed some of my interests, but I was saddened to see that it linked my site to folks who had, well, behavior not really in line with that of a Catholic working hard to be a good dadwithnoisykids. We have 12 living children, and their ages are: 21, 19, 17, 16, 15, 13, 12, 10, 9, 7, 5, and 2 years old. Our third child, Theodore, passed away on April 3, 2008, at the age of 15.

well, okay....I can see having 1 adult and 1 pedi...but....ummmmm....I gotta ask.....how many EARS do you have???
I mean you trying to hear all lung fields at the same time or something?? (admittedly, providing you have the requisite number of ears that would save time in assessments...)

indeed you do. I get in enough trouble with just one so I'm afraid to get any more.....
I just love the paediatric stethoscope... But have never owned one. I have two stethoscopes, but only because one of them used to belong to my physio wife. Do 'physical therapists' have littmans draped around their neck too?
I have a LOT of stethoscopes. Recently, the free stethoscope I got on the first day of medical school(August 1987) just disintegrated. I salvaged the bell, diaphragm, and earpieces and put them on a disposable stethoscope at work. They live on, somewhere....I hope. I should do a blog entry on all the things in my doctor bag. Hmmmm.
